Liking 10512 but my Groove Music library is not syncing. Is there anything I can do?

Liking 10512 but my Groove Music library is not syncing.

As the title says, I can view my Groove Music library in Groove Music on my mobile device. I have a Groove Music Pass but I doubt that has anything to do with that. The only thing I can see are the music files I have locally. (On card) Something else I've noticed is that my Phone's name is not on the list under 'Manage my devices'. (But the older build is still there and I can't remove it.)
Is there anything I can do?

I can't even get my groove library to sync. App crashes every time it signs me in.

Mine doesn't show the music I've copied over to the device's storage. It's only showing the tracks I've downloaded from the store. Any idea what could be causing this?

Mine won't show my entire library. It currently shows 71 albums of 221. One artist in particular only shows 1 album of 11. Every other device shows my entire library.
