Why does my theme color on my Windows 10 not apply to my Groove Music and calendar?

why is my theme color of windows 10 does not apply to my groove music and calendar

my theme color is pink but the color of my groove music and calendar is still blue (default color i think). i tried to change my theme color but it's still that default color. by the way, this happened after my laptop reset, my groove music was fine back then, but after the reset the default color of my groove music doesn't change anymore. please help, any suggestions will do.

Two suggestions.

Open the apps (sometimes that wakes up the live tiles) or
Unpin and repin them
