Apps don't open - Spotify - American Airlines - Battery Tiles...

Hello All,

I got my X3 and after a full reset (and a replacement from HP) and update I have multiple apps that simply don't work.
I don't have a MicroSD card but tried with as well...

Spotify just shows loading....

Thoughts?

Spotify seems to be working no problem for me. Have you tried a soft reset?

In order to do a soft reset, simply hold down the power button the device for about 15 seconds or until the phone vibrates and resets itself. It's just like rebooting a computer.

So that doesn't do it, I just did a full reset.
I have another HP Elite X3 that all the apps are working on it
I have a feeling an update is killing me here

Non working phone

Yeah but it doesn't seem to work (at least now it opens)

I did a device recovery and everything is working again

The American Airlines app support was eliminated in the early part of last year. You can still download it on Windows 10, but it won't function.

Same here but after the new windows phone preview update i have the issue plus with spotify the audio device is unavailable but napster works fine and im trying it out for 3 months for 1 dollar. Spotify needs to go UWP like napster maybe that will fix alot of the problems, napster opens up quickly without any problems spotify needs to fix the problem otherwise ill give them up i have groove and i love it plus napster seems ok.
