finally got the Elite X3

so I finally just got the X3 earlier today and man I gotta say... this is hands down the best phone I have ever had the privilege of owning! EVERYTHING about this phone screams high end! the build quality is just phenomenal, the screen is just gorgeous and the colors and icons just POP out! it fits so nice in my hands and is just so comfortable to hold and I got small hands, and for some reason the phone doesn't feel HUGE or awkward. this thing blows my Lumia 950XL and 950 out of the water and makes my LG G5 feel cheap! the finger print reader is fast and easy to use and the whole phone in itself is speedy fast! I can't fathom other folks giving this phone a bad rap... sorry but there must be something mentally wrong with you and people have a few cards short of a deck! I can't wait to put some movies and music and just put this gorgeous phone through it's paces! sadly I'm so in luv with this phone! all I can say is... AMAZING JOB HP!! **bows down***

Here's what I have. Now, I've enrolled the device in the Windows Insider program on Fast Ring, so my build will be newer than a production release,but the firmware is the latest release, 2.0000.0037.0001

ok so it looks like I'm all up to date! now I just have to try and figure out why the keyboard dictation is not working...it's grayed out.
also I luv having dual front speakers again, (had it on my HTC HD7) but I find it isn't as loud as I expected them to be... both my L950XL and 950 is "louder" than the X3... maybe my expectations were/are too high? lol

Hey, so when I got my my HP X3 home, I performed a reset without being connected to the internet and no sim Card inserted, and I'm wondering if somethings were not installed... Cuzz in my settings/extras it's empty... Only thing in there is double tap! On my L950 there's more than that... Here is a pic of what I mean, is it the same for other X3 owners? I feel I might need to perform another reset.

Definitely doesn't look right. I'd go ahead and reset it again. Hope you get a clean install this time.
