Hello!

I often get the "can't send message, try again' error.
I am 99% sure it's because I have my data network always on.
I recently changed my mobile subscription so I can use data 24/7.
The problems started then.
Is this a known issue, and is there a way to fix it, except turning data off?

Also, when I turn Data off and on a few times, it bugs and I have to reboot in order to make it work again.

I really love Windows Phone 8, but these issues make this a bad experience.

Regards,

Firoz

When you changed your mobile subscription to allow the use of mobile data, did you also change your SIM card for a new one? If not, then you could ask your network/carrier to replace your SIM for a new one as your old one may be faulty.

So everytime you change your plan, you need to change your sim card? Really? :/ Don't think that is the solution.

Is it only the messages app that you get problem? Do you have problems loading videos or using anything else that requires data?

Yes, I received a new micro-sim.
I was able to use data before, but I had 100mb on the old subscription, I have 1gb now.

I was thinking about a faulty sim and I will get a new one tomorrow.
I was just wondering if this is a known issue.
However I can't find threads on the web about the same issue.
