issue with app installation via sd card

hey guys i've just installed all my apps via sd card and as seen in many threads it reduces the "others" category in the internal memory but it didn't worked for me instead it left on 0.00 bytes free on my htc 8s and the worst part of it the others category on my sd card has increased to 363.49mb .The internal memory constantly changes is anyone facing this problem let me know. tc

The theory behind this way of installing is that the phone will not store the downloaded file, in the temporary file folder of internet explorer. But: the phone copies the downloaded app from the SD card to the phone. So the misunderstanding which is happening is that Windows just releases some other data from time to time, especially when new room is needed, so in the end you won't win space..
