We have the DUN "hack" for enabling the Internet Sharing for our Trophy. Think the same hack will work on this device as well?

    You heard about this correct?:
Verizon to stop blocking tethering apps, settles with FCC for $1.25 million -- Engadget

I am thinking there maybe applications available.

Hmmm. The article is referring to Android, whether or not that makes a difference. Otherwise, yes, I've seen the news on here about Vzw supposedly not to block/charge for tethering. But, since I have the dun hack on my Trophy, I'd rather continue with that than to use a tethering app. I'm 13 days into my billing cycle and I've already consumed 8.5gbs of data, as of 0917 this morning.

Is it a phone or a software feature?
It's just an option in the settings menu on my HTC HD7.

I wouldn't really call it a feature. It's more of a software trick or hack, look here:
