Thanks for posting those pics! That takes away most of my concerns of not going with the "better" camera on the 920.

I'd like to see someone post some indoor/household pics without natural light. That would clear things up for me.

Here are some pics inside my office. I see you live in Burke too. These outside pics were in Arlington, VA.

Excuse my messy desk too!!!

A couple pairs of shoes I have laying around at work. Lighting is fluorescent tube lights. FYI, the "yellow" shoe is VERY bright and I imagine hard for a camera to capture.

EDIT - Lens was dirty!

6MP is the default because it shoots in widescreen. It crops the top and bottom.

8MB gets you the full rez but in 4:3 format.

They look pretty nice. Is it me or do the toes of the shoes look a bit washed out? But, it's miles ahead of my Trophy, so I'll be OK with it. :)

I think it's the angle that the light from the ceiling fixture is hitting it. If this camera had a metering tool then that could easily be fixed. I don't think the 920 or the 8x has a metering setting tool.

Here are some photos I took early this morning. The lightning wasn't great but they came out ok.

I will take some more tomorrow. I haven't had time to test the settings in the camera options to see how they work.
