WiFi settings problem

I've started seeing an issue with my phone today. When I go to the WiFi settings page, no networks show up. If I go to the advanced settings page the phone kinda freezes. I can eventually use the back button or the home button to get out of it. Since it remembered my home's WiFi it still connects but I can't add any new ones. Anyone else seeing this?

I've had no problems post the Portico update. Wifi seems to be working perfectly. Reboot doesn't help?

No problems on mine. I would restart the phone and see if that helps.
