How do you clean the temp/cache/prefetch?

Do you clean the temp/cache/prefetch ( ) on windows phone 8? my 8x has a litle problem with this. As you can see the 'other' is almost 7GB!

Go to the app store, search Shrink Storage, download and run the app. Follow the instructions and it will free up most of your other storage.

No, only some temp files. It doesn't do much though, I have 7.9gb in other storage now and this saved me 350mb.

I just can't believe that it's been 6 months and Microsoft still hasn't fixed the "other" issue...

It is pretty pathetic. Nokia took it upon themselves to release an app to clean up the temp files until Microsoft fixes the source of the issue.

An HTC representative told me their engineers were working hard to fix the issue in the next phone update.

Shrink storage works great - also, I think "other" stores copies of your apps. I deleted 3 or 4 apps today and not only did my "apps" storage space go down, but so did "other".

Make More Space, shows you a breakdown, by app, of what's using what. I was very surprised that a few "small" games had over 100mb allocated. Clean the cache/history in IE also. Worth a shot
