Has anyone tried to contact HTC with your peeled off corners?

Did they give you brand new one or replacement unit or repaired your unit?

As stated in my other thread, I called them yesterday and she told me they only do repairs, not replacements. She said there is no guarantee it will even be repaired if they find "User Fault", which they'd most certainly find even though I did nothing wrong.

Hmmm I just called earlier and she said that the peeled corner can be repaired. Granted she just receives calls, but I got a feeling that if I do send my unit, I'll get a replacement.
