wireless charging issues after app update

I've received some htc app update.
but after that, my phone goes with a wl charging issue: it's charged for a while then stopped.
anyone does have the same problem and anyone know the solution please help.
it mess me up

yes it does normally charge through the wall charger. And ive reboot sevetal times wonder if i should contact verizon, cuz i live oversea

I have the same problem with my Lumia 920.

I use wireless charging and have not had this issue since the update that took place a couple of days ago. I'm on Verizon in the USA - use the FatBoy charging pad.

I think my problem is from hardware, cuz it became normal when I wear it a back case. Time for hospital (
