I have an IPv6 WiFi network that allows Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows RT and even Windows Phone 8 (Nokia Lumia 920) to get an IPv6 address and connect to ipv6.google.com. The HTC Windows Phone 8X does not get an IPv6 address and cannot connect to ipv6.google.com. I have tried deleting my WiFi settings and reconnecting. I have tried installing the latest updates. I have OS version 8.0.10211.204 and firmware revision number 1532.20.20100.666. The model is displayed in the about as "HTC C625a".

I created an application to view all of the IP addresses on the phone (both IPv4 and IPv6). I can get an IPv6 address if I switch the router from SLAAC + Stateless DHCPv6 to Stateful DHCPv6. However, I still cannot connect to ipv6.google.com and test-ipv6.com reports no IPv6. I used to have the same problem with the Nokia 920 but a Nokia update made IPv6 start working. I need the same kind of update from HTC. How do I report this issue to HTC so they can fix it?
