I just purchased my HTC Windows 8X phone eleven days ago, and now its unresponsive. There is no damage to my phone, like I had droppped it. I just woke up this morning and say that the orange light was blinking so I thought maybe my battery was low. I tried to hit the power button to open my phone, but nothing happened. I tried numerious times but nothing happened. The screen is not projecting any light as though it is turned off. I have tried many different things to turn it on, but nothing is working. I have tried:
Nothing seems to work, and the orange light continues to blink. I am so angry about this and nothing is working! I expected so much out of this phone and didn't expect a problem with it this soon! :eck:
Does anybody else have any suggestions to make it work? Should I go to the Verizon Store to see if they can fix it? Should I just go swap one (is the 8X worth it again)?
- Hard Reset
- Holding down the volume button and power button
- changing the USB power cord to laptop
- hitting the camera button
- lighting shaking the phone and hitting power
- removing memory card
