HTC 8X SMS Issues (Help!)

Hey everyone,

So, I've had some issues with my mother's HTC 8X. I recommended this phone because my fiancee has it, and we never have any issues with it. So the phone is on Cincinnati Bell (which I believe may use AT&T?). When she sends texts, one text message will split into 3 or 4 and will send out of order (see attached pic). I've replaced the SIM card, factory reset the phone, and now we're on a replacement phone that she just received from HTC...still the same problem. Does anyone know of a fix?

I don't have any experience with your mother's carrier, but it does sound like a carrier issue... I have encountered this issue with my wife's Android device, which is on a different carrier from my WP. None of my phones have had this issue. I think it's a carrier thing.
