Okay so I've had my 8x for about 6 months with little to no problems..
I've been noticing in the past day that the volume control has been stuck on 00/30 and the bar permanently at the top of the screen and everytime I try raising it it brings it right back down to 00.
Just a few hours ago my back button also stopped working, everytime I press it, the volume controls bar just twitches, but nothing happens to the page I'm on. So I keep having to press the window button to exist an application.
I tried doing a soft reset and it just went on a booting loop (with the exclamation point) and after 10min it finally loaded up, but both volume and back button are still there :/
Receiving and making calls is normal, not sure about messages
Is my only option a hard reset? I have everything backed up, but still...i also have best buy warranty? Should I swap it?
