Several problems with HTC 8x and Virgin mobile insurance

I have had my HTC 8X since the start of February and since then i have had several problems.
These include:
Randomly restarting
Signal dropping out
Screen bonding drying out and peeling off
power button becoming stuck.

I have contacted virgin mobile UK and they said that i will need to contact my mobile insurance company. I have and they have said that i will need an new phone and they will charge ?35 for a brand new one. Later during the conversation they said that they don't have my phone in stock and they should have in within 5 to 7 days. After 7 days they called and said they still haven't got my phone in stock but they offered my a choice of two other phones. These two other phones are worth considerably less than the HTC 8x so i declined the offer. They then continued to say that they should have my phone in 7 days time. By this time i haven't had a phone for 1 week. I now don't no what to do as today they have called me saying they still don't have the phone in stock.

Help would be appreciated :smile:

by the way has anyone else had any of these problems?

There is no way they can give you a loaner until the phone is back in stock?

I think HTC has stopped producing the 8X... my friend has insurance with bell and has been wating 2 months now for the new device.
