Help with my battery

Guys, I have a HTC 8x with version 8.0.10211.204. I have a problem with the battery.

Mine works, but its behavior is rarely. When battery is 100%, works for two hours and turn off. Then I plug and the battery is 1%. Immediately I reset the phone and battery is 98% por example. This is recursive.

Try a hard/factory reset and see if it helps
Try to charge using the official charger and not some generic one, charge it to 100%, don't remove it from the wall socket until its full.
If nothing works go for the warranty/replacement.

Had the same problem an only had the 8x for a month an the org USB cable started to freay at the end near the micro USB end an called Verizon about it n they r replacin phone n charger they said its was a bad phone n charger
