Has anyone completely peeled off their soft touch coating?

So yeh the soft touch coating on my 8x is coming off in some spots, mainly the corners and near the usb plug. HTC FAIL.. anyways has anyone completely peeled theirs off, how does the phone look? I know it will look a lot more plasticy
