Can't sync Microsoft Account

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an 8x and it has been a pain in the **** to set it all up.
I still can't get my Microsoft account synced. It keeps saying Attention required and of course my @outlook mail account does not work.\

Any solutions?

When you go to Outlook.com and sign in, does it work fine there? I'm assuming you created the account on your phone.

I just had the same issue on a used Verizon 8x. After awhile it finally synced. Maybe just let it sit and check back later.

Thank y'all for your answers. I ended up restoring the phone and now it works just fine.
