I have got the developer preview of GDR3 but there are a lot many errors regarding temp files clearing and HTC app "make more space "
With New Update there is addition for Settings>Phone storage>phone .
it shows all the details of the storage used .
but when you click on the temporary files and hit delete button it says "deleting temp files" and it actually does not do that , i waited for more than hour or so .
and HTC app "make more storage "
still don't work . Still unresponsive when clicked on Tap to schedule temp file removal "
