Slow Data Internet connection after reset

So im having fun using this phone for a month especially when using data internet it was so fast in my area. But then two days before, I reset my phone due that I need to change my Microsoft account. After successfully resetting and restoring my phone, the data internet speed was changed. It was too slow that even opening google.com (used as a test page), it takes 10 seconds to complete. I used to check the speed of my phone before resetting, I got 8-9mbps but after that, I can only get0.9-1.8mbps on my data internet. Up to now, it never went back to normal speed before.

So I was wondering if there's something wrong with the phone after resetting or is it just the network provider problem?

Hi!

Have you checked your mobile network settings to se if it's not in 2G or E or something?

It was set on 4g, its just happened and I never did anything. Its very unusual for 4g with less than 1mbps of speed
