HTC 8X Web`n`walk error

Hello guys!
My HTC 8X cannot connect to the Internet. I`m from Romania and my SIM card is from an operator named COSMOTE, more precisely "Frog".
I manually made my APN settings but it just don` work. On my old Nokia c3-00 I finally did it, but on my 8X I can`t.
That is the instruction guide:
Create a profile named:Webnwalk
APN (Access Point Name):wnw
Username:wnw
Password:wnw
Homepage: web'n'walk
Log in: Normally
That is my configuration and the screen errors that appears on my browsers:

Hi Andrei!
Try to put "wnw" in the first edit box (where you did enter "Web'n walk") on APN setting screen, that should be a APN and not the profile name.

I tryed and now appears a H+ icon but it don`t stays it`s way. After few seconds appears just H.
And I can`t go on web...

I can't help, sorry about that

but H/H+ is pretty much telling you that your 8X has 3G internet connectivity. I sometimes kick my 920 down to 3G and it changes between H and H+ depending on reception I guess.

If 3G/H/H+ appears on status bar it means you have data connection.
Regarding web browsing, maybe your network operation restricted access to some sites.
And as I know you can't download on data connection such a big apps/games, try a smaller one (a few megabytes).

On my connection I can`t access anything that means Internet.
On my neighbour`s Wi-Fi connection I can surf the Internet correctly and download from Store.
On my friend`s web`n`walk Wi-Fi connection I can`t browse the Internet, but I can even open the Store and download whatever I want. It gaves the same error 403 on IE.

Do you have an internet option activated to your network subscription?
You can also try accessing http://m.webnwalk.ro on your connection and your friends web'n'walk Wi-Fi.

It doesn`t work.
This morning I saw that I can download low-sized apps form Store.
I just received the Beats Audio update and other updates on my phone, downloading with my internet connection. I also downloaded a little game, and surprise, I can download from store.
