Backing up Mango, changing memory, restoring everything?

Hey Guys,

I have a question in case anyone out there might know the answer. Basically, I'm taking the plunge to upgrade my memory to 32GB for my Arrive, but I have Mango installed right now and a lot of apps. I'm wondering if there is ANY way I can backup my device completely, change the memory, and restore the backup and have it see memory upgrade.

If not, I'd also appreciate insight as to an easy way to backup at least my apps/settings. Thanks!

The standard backup does Apps/Settings. It does not do SMS though. I know that there is a program on XDA developers that you can download to do a backup. Pretty easy to use.

As far as the question about changing out your memory card, based on what I have read about putting a new card into other WP7 devices you need to do a reset of the phone to get it to format the memory card and have it be usable. Dunno if you can then restore your backup onto it but I would assume not as it would see a different amount of storage than previously.
