Arrive informations

I thought this was worth sharing as I have asked this question here quite a few times and hadn't been able to get a response. The Arrive is still available for replacement.
I called to inquire as my phone is pretty beat up on the screen, body, and arm that holds/tilts the screen, and the Sprint rep called Asurion and they have htc Arrives for replacement and my new one is on the way. Hope that helps anyone who was wondering.

Not anymore. I went to get a replacement for my Arrive because my up volume button was broken, however, I was offered either the crappy Optimus or the BB9800. Now, I have gorilla tape and a wonky case on my phone so it makes it until February (when Sprint is getting WP8s).
