    Hello!

    Hopefully somebody here can help me....

    I have an HTC 7 Mozart on version 7.0.7389.0

    When I connect it to my PC and start up Zune it says update to 7.0.7392.0 is available but when the update process starts, it gets to step 2 of 10 (downloading update) and then fails with the error code: 801811A5.

    Is there a way to solve this?

    Also, should it not be offering me the most recent OS version?

    your internet is working fine?it's cable or wireless?you can disable firewall or antivirus and try again

    Not to rub salt in the wound, but my update just arrived today and installed successfully, so there doesn't seem to be a general problem...
