Bluetooth problems.

I work in my garage and have a computer hooked up to my receiver so I can listen to music but I can not here the phone ring. So I bought a Insignia USB Bluetooth adaptor and installed it to my computer. I have no problems paring the phone to it but when a call comes in it will not ring throw the speakers but if I answer the phone I can here the people talking throw the speakers. All I want to do it be able to here the phone ring throw the speakers. Any help would be great. I do have it hooked up to my trucks radio and it works just fine.
