Always No Service! - HTC Radar

Hello Everybody!

I'm from Brazil and I bought my HTC Radar in Nederland.

I wad so happy with my new cellphone, it was working so fine when suddently it stoped to work!
Always with the f* message: "No Service".

What can it be?

I tried others SIM cards with different carriers too with no success.

One SIM carg that I had tried works... but the signal is so much instable, sometimes with high signal, but some seconds after... no service.


I really don't know what can be! I tried a hard/soft reset too.


Can someone help me?

Find a HTC repairer in Brazil and get it fixed under warranty. Phone has only been out a couple months so it must still be under warranty. I'm pretty sure it should be covered under HTC international warranty but there's a chance it won't be in which case you'll have to pay what ever it costs to fix it.

Unfortunately in Brazil HTC Radar is not comercialized, so I don't have support.

Fortunately, next week I'm in Orlando, just one week.


Can somebody, please, give me some address where can I go to repair my phone?

I didnt find any place to repair on HTC website.
