LED notification behavior

So one of the nice features of the Surround is that it has a notification LED. Only trouble is, it seems to only give you that nice green blink when you have missed calls... not texts. Honestly, I miss a lot more texts than I do calls. Anyone know how to change the behavior of the LED to show unread text messages?

I too am interested in this. I haven't found an app or anything that will make it blink for misses SMS or Email.

I would say a LED for charging and missed calls is better than nothing, but come on. If the LED is there I'm not sure why they didn't utilize it for SMS and Email. I can see MS adding this in an update though, I hope.

They should incorporate another light like Blue for texts and email.
