Shaking display and . . .

I got a Surround about 3 weeks ago. I worked perfectly for 2 weeks, but now it has intermittent problems. At random the display starts shaking and it locks up. Sometimes it will free itself up after 10 seconds or so, but usually I have to turn off the phone (soft off), waiting a few seconds and then turn on again.

Any ideas? Is this likely a software or a hardware issue?

Mango hasn't come yet. This is version 7.0.7392.0

I remember this happened to me once, while using a 'beta' version of an upcoming app. I managed to uninstall it and this problem disappeared entirely. Perhaps you're using a not-so-well coded app that's causing you problems? Try going back to what you've installed lately and you might get a clue.

I uninstalled the two apps I had installed and I am waiting to see if that helps. Thanks for the reply.
