    Anyone having this issue on Titan II? When attempting to purchase an app or game and using AT&T Mobile Account to purchase it I get this error:

    Can't Complete Purchase
    We're having trouble charging this purchase to your phone bill, most likely because you've lost your cellular data connection. Wait until the connection is restored and try again. Or, try a different payment method.

    I was on the phone all day yesterday with AT&T, HTC and Microsoft Windows Phone Support and then I chatted with Zune support and no one seems to know what is causing it. There are no blocks or anything like that on my AT&T account. I had previously used this method to purchase apps and games. I have basically tried everything, including a hard reset and nothing worked. It's funny how they were all blaming each other for the problem.

    If anyone knows how to fix this...I would appreciate the info...I can still purchase with a credit card but would love to know how to fix this...thanks for any input
