Instalar ROM de Estados Unidos a HUAWEI W1

Hola, despu?s de un par de semanas tratando de instalar facebook y twitter en mi dispositivo Huawei Ascend w1 he podido instalar una rom distinta a la China UNICON, lo que significa tener el tef?fono como la versi?n liberada de estados unidos.

Primero debes apagar tu tel?fono y respaldar todos tus datos porque haremos un hard reset
Abre el tel?fono, quitale el chip y la tarjeta sd. Con la bater?a puesta debes tocar con alg?n clip o pinzas el c?rculo de la derecha de la sd y tambi?n tocar cualquier parte del metal de la tarjeta sim como aparece la imagen.

Luego prende el tel?fono mientras presionas los puntos mencionados. El tel?fono estar? con la pantalla en negro, entonces debes conectarlo al computador por medio del usb.

Si no te reconocer el dispostivo y te aparece un signo de interrogaci?n, deber?s instalar el driver que podr?s descargar de ac? HUAWEI_W1_USB_ Driver.zip_ , el driver es el que est? en la carpeta "qcom usb driver" .

Luego de instalado el driver , deber?s instalar la siguiente aplicaci?n :
QPST-2.7.399.rar_

De la aplicaci?n que descargamos utilizaremos QPST configuration. entonces iremos a "PORTS" , luego " ADD NEW PORT " e incluiremos el COM desde donde est? el dispositivo, como aparece en la siguiente imagen : http://wp.it168.com/data/attachment/forum/201305/17/172217kkmzdqqzsfhk1z0t.png ,ac? agregamos COM5 pero puede ser COM11 o cualquier otro.

Luego iremos a la aplicaci?n eMMC software download donde seleccionaremos "browse" para ubicar el COM que hemos cargado, debe estar marcado "program boot loaders" y desmarcado "program MMC device" luego, presionamos "load build contents" y cargamos el XML que encontraremos en la siguiente carpeta : W1-U00 Repair bootloader.rar_ , el archivo se llama "contents", y luego le damos a "DOWNLOAD"

posteriormente nos aparecer? el dispositivo en la lista de COM en la parte del medio , como aparece en la imagen : http://wp.it168.com/data/attachment/forum/201305/17/180449wqqiufif3i50frwf.png , luego Quitamos la opci?n "program boot loaders" y seleccionamos "program MMC device" , luego presionamos "DOWNLOAD" enseguida presionamos el bot?n - de volumen y seguido del bot?n de encendido, hasta que el tel?fono empiece a vibrar. el firmware que cargaremos ser? este : W1-U00_V100R001C225B054SP02.rar | Uloz.to
y en el segundo campo se carga el documento llamado : WindowsPhoneDefaultCfg

Finalmente le damos a Scan && Download y listo!!!!

Lo voy a intentar, mi problema con el HUAWEI W1 es que el Airplane Mode siempre esta "ON" y no puedo sacarlo, sabes si con esta nueva ROM se solucionara el problema?

Amigo yo particularmente no he tenido suerte en flashear un nueva ROM en mi huawei w1-u34. Tengo todas las herramientas que aqui publican, incluso he conseguido unas personalizadas de un haker ruso, pero no he podido tener exito.

este foro lo encontre casi de primero cuando me plantee la tarea de cambiarle la ROM a mi huawei w1-u34. He descargado todas las herramientas que aparecen en este foro, en incluso he encontrado algunas mas. Mi huawei viene con la ROM de movistar en venezuela y quiero cambiarla por una de EEUU, la cual ya consegui, pero el bootloader para el modelo u34 no lo he podido conseguir. Si alguien puede compartirlo por favor.

A mi tambien me pasa el mismo problema. Segun he estado leyendo parece que son incompatibilidades entre el OS y el programa. Es posible que sea la version de windows que tengas, tiene que ser de 32 bits y NO de 64. Se dice que hay que ejecutarlas como administrador las dos herramientas.
