Double notification

Instagram was updated yesterday and now makes two notification for one. I have 950xl, how to fix this?

Soft reset your phone. Hold down power button and volume down button until your phone powers off and vibrates. Then release the buttons. If that doesn't work, I'd uninstall/reinstall the app.
