Modern IE nearly perfect

I have used IE pretty much forever (tried Chrome to see what all the fuss was about, but didn't like it, but do have it as a backup for the odd occasion a site doesn't work in IE). Admittedly, IE9 wasn't brilliant, but the modern UI of 10+ was/is amazing, especially on a touchscreen like mine.

However, apart from the scrolling issue mentioned in other posts, the one thing that annoys me in the modern IE is the apparent inability of moving tabs. Why can you not do this?????

Ikr! It annoys me too! But IE looks very nice on my surface tablet. I don't see the need to use chrome, its not as good as everyone claims..
