I was not having green screen but ie use to crash alot.
Try this steps if it help you
Clear all browsing data and cache
Update flash player
Update microsoft silverlight
My silverlight was outdated so i was getting this error.
Still if you have issue

Check if theres any add-ons that u dont know. Disable it and restart IE.
