Nokia and HTC sued by Apple for use colours on their Smartphone Releases
Apple's (AAPL) ceo, Tim Cook announced a press release saying, "It is unconscionable that these two manufacturers are using colors on their devices which we patented in 2001" Mr Cook then went on to produce what appeared to be a cocktail napkin that read, "Colors are cool" scribbled in crayon.
He went on to say, "Clearly, Apple has exclusive rights to all colors - except beige - you can have that one." When pressed to explain further, Cook wearing a tin foil hat (code named the "iLid") left the presser early stating he had an urgent meeting with Batman to discuss "superhero stuff".
