    Technically, can't you charge a phone with Qi wireless charging on an induction cooktop? My friend put his GS4 on an induction cooktop once and it started to "charge" :P
    Yes that is actually true. At least it works with the right combination of stove and phone.

    This was HILARIOUS & so TRUE

    On a serious note, this would work on over 50% of iPhone current users (you could tell them something preposterous works on their phone & they'd try it). The sheep need to follow something (not talking about any particular fanboys) so if everybody has it, it must be good (& so on & so on & so on ...)

    Currently, this mentality works in reverse regarding Windows Phone ....
