Is Apple Inc able to use Nokia/Microsoft Mobile patents?

We knew Apple Inc had made a deal with Microsoft, one of them is 'cross licensing patents', which is, both parties is able to use each other patents, unless one of them is creating clones of another party's product

Nokia's patent licensing deal is different, Microsoft is able to use it for 10 years since the deal happened

If no new deals have been made, Apple does not have access to the Nokia owned patents through Microsoft.

Any patents acquired by Microsoft after this deal could be included in the deal between Apple and Microsoft. But that information is secret.

Though seeing as how many patents MS has ... I'm pretty sure Apple is the one that wants to keep the deals quiet.
