missing drivers in laptop,unable to detect any phone on thinkpad t430

I have lenovo thinkpad t430,windows 10 original installed. problem is my phone lumia 730 running windws8.1 doesn't get detected. i have read and tried everything possible. i detect some missing drivers ..could anyone list d drivers possibly required to detect phones. i have tried updating through device manager.but doesn't work.. my friend also has d same laptop and my phone gets detected in his laptop

Download and extract this utility: View any installed/connected USB device on your system Inside the folder, right click the exe and "run as admin."

Delete any drivers marked Nokia or Lumia.

Plug your device in to USB and let a fresh version of drivers install.

Hi,,thank you for the reply..i followed ur steps.
but still i find lumia under "other devices" in device manager.

this is not just the case with phone..yesterday i inserted a CD and even that wasnt detected.However its able to detect pen drives.
