Lenovo Windows Laptop touchscreen issue (driver files not loaded)
My dad's laptop's (lenovo flex 15) touchscreen stopped working suddenly and its been 3 months now and my dad has found it unbearable. well i thought it was an issue with the driver and uninstalled it and when i rebooted the computer, the driver is reinstalled but the touchscreen just doesn't work and when i clicked driver details in the device manager sub menu it says driver files are not loaded. I have tried every method online and i am now at my wits end and since my dad has important software and files he does not want to return it.Any help with this would be appreciated.
p.s if you have a touchscreen windows 8.1 laptop can you check whether your laptop has driver files
