My Lenovo Flex 2 screen cracked, can I replace the screen if it is not the exact part from the manufacturer?

Lenovo Flex 2 Screen Cracked

Hi,

Saw your ad on Craigslist - looks like the part i require is unavailable. The touch screen does work. Can you do something to replace the glass even if not the exact part from manufacturer?

I could even live with not using the touchscreen and replacing with some other protective like covering to cover the cosmetic damage.
