I am using powerpoint 2016 and have inserted videos into my presentation. They are all saved as MP4 videos. When I go to play the slideshow the video will start fine then will suddenly drop the video portion but the audio will continue.
I am so frustrated right now, I have been on hold for 20 minutes with Microsoft and have been transferred two times so far. I am hoping someone can assist. Thank you!!!
