Bought brand new about 6 months ago, decided to go the MacBook pro route. This is a gaming laptop top of the line specs, still has the screen protector on the screen. Stayed on my desk the whole time, very few if any scratches. Windows 8 on it.
Price: $700.
Condition: Screen Protector still on the screen so thats 10/10. Barely moved if at all, stayed on my desk 98% of the time pretty much was used as my desktop. I would say 10/10 for the whole device but since it has been used I would say 9.5/10. All the ports work, no damage, no scuffs.
Includes: The charger for the laptop, heck I'll even throw a mouse for it.
