Only if you are the one who had the phone on their service. I don't think I can get the code from them like I could from ATT with a second hand phone.

Ok, so even though I paid off the phone, T-Mobile said they cannot process the unlock request until my final bill is generated (I canceled service yesterday).

So it will probably bit a few days (weeks?) until I have that final bill.
