There are two 1520.3 listings here and both look to be in good shape. Just reach out to those members and see if you can make a deal...

I only see 1 listing by suburbandl3g3nd and that's white and I prefer black. Thanks for the tip though.

camaroz1985 had a yellow one, so I guess that's off your list. I had a black one and if I had to do it over, I'd pick the green or white first, then maybe the yellow or even red trims.

Well, good luck with your search.

Always try ebay....

Nokia Lumia 1520 16GB Black Unlocked at T Windows Smartphone GSM 4GLTE Any GSM | eBay

Claims MicroSD slot... a key thing that the 1520.3 has over the 1520...

The differences between 1520.3 and the ATT variant:
  • 32GB Internal storage on all 1520.3 vs 95% of ATT only have 16GB. There is a rare black only ATT that has 32GB, but not every black ATT has 32GB...
  • 1520.3 has Qi built in. ATT stripped out Qi and inserted PowerMat style charging that requires a jacket. There are hardware hacks to correct this.
  • The difference in Wireless charging accounts for the 3 pogo pins on the back of the ATT variant which no other 1520 has.
  • 1520.3 has all available Bands enabled out of the box. ATT disabled AWS Band 4 WCDMA which is most useful on T-Mo network. It is available on the ATT variant and can be enabled in Field Test.
  • 1520.3 never got offered in Green, whereas the ATT variant did have a short run in Green near the end of its production.
Otherwise they are the same in every other aspect.
