Honestly I was quite interested... but while even though it's a great deal, it's still a phone with a basically unsupported OS. It's hard to pay more than $200 for it.

Odd that you say that. MS Store are selling the AR&T and Verizon units with dock for $599. Software support is guaranteed through Dec. 20 2019. Doesn't sound like a dead product to me. But, to each his own.

Yep. It's definitely still a good buy. For productivity, this deal can't be beaten. You will never find this phone in this condition plus Continuum dock at this price.
