Final Report - updated Win10 Pro x64 Insider to build 16241 and the font issue (on my machine) is fixed. At the same time my regular Win10 updated to 15063.483 and hey presto, the fonts are scaling as they should - no jagged edges. Spec as previous post - using DP with refresh at 60 Hz - 3840x2160.

Apologies - forgot to mention. My full spec Intel i5 1151 integrated graphics - 16gb ram, 500SSD. Have always received differing feedback as to whether a dedicated graphics card would be superior to using CPU integrated graphics. Probably would if I was a gamer but as I'm not then the jury are...
