    I did, I additionally had another language keyboard which I removed, then removed and reinstalled US English keyboard - I did have Language: UK English which I removed and changed to US English as the primary/lone language. I now have Cortana. Thanks!

    That makes no sense. The region on my 620 does show United States ...:cry: probably related to the 620 not being a US model?
