I use the old facebook app made my MS. It syncs the contacts and the feature you mentioned is there as well under 'Whats new' section in People app. The app is installed but i use SlimSocial to browse Facebook.

Have tried hard reset before but hasn't really helped.

Well other than WhatsApp, all other apps open pretty quickly. A second or two maybe for loading but that is ok I guess.

I'm trying to make some ringtones on my dad's phone using the ringtone maker. But when I try to set a ringtone for a contact, the ringtones are seen but some of them just make a squeaky sound and it stops. Tried deleting and making again but had the same problem. I wanted to join the WC forum using mtalk using the account that I'm currently using for WC. But when I try to log in using the same username and password via mtalk it says invalid username and password. Do I have to create a different account for mtalk?

I now connect it to a speaker which i had at home. I use the radio fm tune app. A pretty neat app. Shows the signal strength and all.
