I tried as administrator but same error..

Hi friends I was trying to install "Recovery tool" to roll back my windows 10 for phones to windows 8.1 but when am trying to install it showing an error with 0x80070005 access denied . I tried in many computers other than me but same error... Pls help me

Re: Windows 10 technical preview on lumia 925 I am using my L925 as my daily driver.. When I installed the software I like the UI interface and many changes made by MS. But i find many bugs in which few a mentioned earlier. These problems may change when a full version is released .. lets hope...
